What to Do When You’ve Been Charged With a Crime
Your first step after being charged with a crime should be to contact a criminal lawyer to represent you. Effective intervention in the early stages of your case can mean the difference between getting the charges dismissed or proceeding with a long trial or ongoing investigation.
Andrew Rahaim is available to provide criminal representation in DUIs, traffic offenses, assault, drug charges and more. Along with the rest of the team at Rahaim & Saints, he will provide skilled representation without judgment and with respect for the unique circumstances of your case. If it’s not possible to get the charges dropped, other options for a fast resolution may include accepting a plea deal or pleading guilty to a lesser charge.
Your initial consultation with Delaware criminal defense attorney Andrew Rahaim will include due consideration of these and other options. We’ll go over your choices and help you select the best way to move forward.
